Needed a Kenyan visa ASAP Needed a Kenyan visa ASAP. Applied on Saturday morning, communicated via WhatsApp at the open of business on Monday. Once the application was submitted, took an hour to get our Visa. Thanks for saving our bacon.

24 hour service is not 24 hours.... We needed an urgent visa to get to Cambodia as they no longer allowed for visas to be applied for on arrival. We used FTV because they provided a 24 hour service. Unfortunately we are nearly at 48 hours and we have still not yet received our visa as it is still pending with the Cambodian immigration team. If FTV advertise that they can get something done in 24 hours (and you charge clients a premium for that product), one would expect them to be able to deliver on that time commitment. Unfortunately going through FTV has now been a complete waste of money and time. Would not recommend.

Parcel put in recycling bin - now destroyed My parcel arrived when I was not home, the delivery person put the parcel in our green bin which was collected by our bin collectors so I do not have my sandals. I cannot get in contact with Fast Track. I will never us this company again. Disappointed is an understatement
