GBNO help available for re-booking Purchased a 5 people cruise in November 2019 for March 20 Sailing. Need to rebook due to COVID-19 but it has been impossible to reach them. Phone lines are never picked up. After 15 minutes waiting there is a message asking to leave a number for a call back. Left several messages and no call back since last week. No reply to emails either.Emails from several people I interacted with are now closed accounts. The cruise line insists that the agency needs to request the cancellation. Im 10 days away from sailing date and can't find help! So frustrating!!!
