Premium membership not acknowledged. I paid £39 on 15th June 2023 to receive premium deals from Jack's Flight Club. When I go to their website and login it does not acknowledge my premium membership, so no relevant deals are shown, instead I am invited to take out premium membership. I wish I hadn't been taken in by this company.

Jack's Flight Club I subscribed to JFC but never used them as I didn't find their offers were particularly good. I unsubscribed however on checking my on-line banking I discovered they are still taking my subscription annually. I have tried contacting them but emails are dealt with by a third party. I would not advise using this company.

Some great value flights if you are… Some great value flights if you are flexible on when and where you are going, but I had not realised the annual fee automatically renews by default - they send no reminder as the renewal date approaches, though there is an option to cancel it on your profile. Useful to be aware of.

Jacksflightclub will charge you even after subscription is cancelled Do not sign-up to jacksflightclub.com - They will just charge you even if you cancelled the subscription.
