GBBEWARE of this company BEWARE of this company. Was overcharged for a recent flight for 3 passengers. Was told to drop dispute with credit card company and that I would be reimbursed for amount due within one day. It’s been over 3 weeks and have not been contacted in any way shape or form. Will have to reinstate dispute with credit card company. Don’t be fooled by idle talk.

GBVery bad service Very bad service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING !!!, we wanted to cancel our flight that we booked through this company and we had to call several times to get our money back and after many calls the person who attended us said no call more, when all we do is claim our rights and our money.

GBI cancelled a trip this year and was… I cancelled a trip this year and was given an e-credit for the amount. They said I need to call them to rebook but when I call it rings once and then I receive a text immediately telling me they will be calling me back. 4 days, no response. I also tried email. No response! Worst company ever!

AUThey are scamer They are scamer, I was cheated. They have given me the bank account and transferred money for air tickets. Later I came to know I am scammed. I reported to the police and Bank. I will go to the court and try my level best to bring them to the public.
