REFUND REFUND we had made a booking for travel and realized that the dates were incorrect and we contacted aerobilet using all possible means...have to say that it took a few calls to get thru to a agent to request for a refund...the agent Erdem Akkaya was quick to resolve our issue and arranged for the refund with minimum questions ..we only paid for a nominal cancellation fee which was informed to us for accepting by Erdem Thank you Erdem and Aerobilet

My flight was cancelled on 2019 and… My flight was cancelled on 2019 and since then I haven’t received my money. Hundreds of emails have been sent without any reply. I started a case with my bank and customer defence bureau and still waiting . Never deal with this cheating company.
