Do not book with these fraudsters!! I’ve had the worst experience possible with Aerobilet. Our flight was changed but Aerobilet did not update the ticket number and because of this, when we arrived at the airport we were unable to check in. We tried tirelessly to get in touch with aerobilet prior to our departure, but no response. We ended up having to buy new tickets. I would advise anyone to avoid them at all costs.

REFUND REFUND we had made a booking for travel and realized that the dates were incorrect and we contacted aerobilet using all possible means...have to say that it took a few calls to get thru to a agent to request for a refund...the agent Erdem Akkaya was quick to resolve our issue and arranged for the refund with minimum questions ..we only paid for a nominal cancellation fee which was informed to us for accepting by Erdem Thank you Erdem and Aerobilet

NEED HELP ASAP I have booked a ticket from Dubai to Ottawa VIA London Heathrow, my flight is on the 29th I haven't received my ticket yet all I have received is the booking confirmation. Worst service ever Worst service ever. Haven't received my Jet Airways refund 40 thousand Indian Rupee yet. Its more than 7 months. Taking legal action soon i have booked my flight in February 2019 for 6th June 2019. Canceled my ticket on 3rd April due to closing of Jet Airways.. But still haven't received my refund of 40000Rs.. Whenever I mail Aerobilet they have their standard reply that they haven't got any message from Jet airways. When they will vet message. They will let us know. But my question is when I have done bookings from aerobilet its their responsibility to give the refund.
