600 Watt Dump Load (2 Resistor Bank) As usual, my experience with Missouri Wind and Solar was excellent. Although I'm using this 24v Dump Load Resistor Bank as a small space heater (for my battery bank), the staff was helpful with the questions that I asked. The product arrived on time and was packaged very well. Now that I have some extra solar panels hooked up to this Resistor Bank, my battery room stays warmer. The heat it produces is not excessive. But it certainly helps during this cold Montana winter.

Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and courteous Sam was very knowledgeable, courteous, and returned calls and emails when he could. Product seems to be made well. Installation was easy and straightforward. However shipping could have been handled with more care (likely out of your control) What I would like to see done differently is a posting or reply to my request about warranty information on my purchase.

I was having a bad day my aims 12k…quit I was having a bad day my aims 12k inverter quit working and was out of warranty. Missouri wind and solar are not allowed to repair aims inverters, i asked if they had a comparable unit in stock David said he had a 15k unit in stock and gave me a good price i asked who can repair the skymax units should i need warranty or repair he said they do the warranty and repair at their shop,great and with their help they got me a great rate to ship my 12k unit back to aims for repair, they handled the shipping and will recieve the unit back from aims saving me more money.
