6 Years of Great Experience I've been using Webo Solar to get panels and charge controllers for 6+ years. They have the best prices for the panels and charge controllers we use, the ordering process is easy, and they get the equipment out to us quickly. I highly recommend them.

Great price, quick delivery with no hassles! This purchase was for my own small off grid RE system that has evolved over 40 years. In my work I have initialized 100's of cells in Telecom, UPS and Microgrid systems, however when it's your own system, you have the extra investment for wanting it to be prefect. The transaction could not have gone better. The 2v Rolls cells arrived on time and commissioned predictably.

Terrible Customer Service Don't do it. The price may be attractive but you'll get what you pay for - terrible customer service, missed commitments and a number of excuses. Box 1 of 2 was received with missing cables. Pedro, the owner, indicated that he would provide a refund but he never followed through. Box 2 was never received. We attempted to pick it up multiple times (3) but the product was never made available (even after WeboSolar confirmed pick-up details). After we called to complain, they promptly cancelled our order. I'm not sure they ever had the inventory to support the order. This appears to be a fly-by-night operation. I'd suggest that you purchase from a larger, more reputable company. Do not recommend.

Safe Shipping across the USA and great customer follow up Being a new customer, I split my orders up just to be safe. I am happy to report that everything arrived within an expected time frame using Fed Ex and Heather was gracious and provided invoices to confirm prior to shipment as well as inquiring about the receipt of the items I ordered. Everything went well and when I need solar equipment in the near future I will use this firm again.

I love Webo Solar I love Webo Solar. I do a lot of PV service and systems with inverters that are older than 10 years often need new inverters. I used to use a supply house to order the new units, but I started using Webo and couldn't be happier. Their inverters are less expensive (including shipping) than my supply house and they offer the convenience of shopping online. Their customer support is also top notch. I wish I had more thumbs because two thumbs up isn't enough!
