YSG installed my rooftop Solar 8 months… YSG installed my rooftop Solar 8 months ago in the 1st week of November 2021, but not hooked up to the CON ED grid yet. For about 8 months we have been waiting and no update/ and no response to my emails and phone calls the last several months. Very unfortunate. Installation was prompt; Ken and Chelsea were very cooperative and always available. I contacted ConEdison about our project (case #587730). The caseworker Ms. Johnson was very nice; said YSG did not sign off yet. I am really worried I was scammed by YSG? Also worried they changed the name of the company to Alpha Solar. Are they planning to dump YSG Customers? So many complaints against them on BBB. I am really worried if I do not get a satisfactory explanation why my solar project #MC-587730 for Service Address ...., Bellerose, NY 11426. Con Edison wrote"Hi David Magid, The final documents have been pending for a few months now. Please submit as soon as possible, and provide the current status of the project". Unfortunately, I haven't received any answer yet, since this correspondence several weeks ago.

Terrible Company. Terrible Customer Service. One of the worst experiences I've ever had w/ any company. The project took 9 months to complete w/ almost no communication once documents were signed. The company didn't get permits from my town before installing and installed incorrectly according to code. They also didn't upgrade my service panel even though it was in the contract and are still trying to get out of it. The solar panels were installed 4 months ago and are still not turned on and can't get a hold of anyone from the company or get a callback.

YSG solar did some work for me in… YSG solar did some work for me in Brooklyn and I must say I was extremely pleased with work and professionalism. The process was easy, simple & efficient. I would definitely be using them for any further work in the near future.

Intall was fine but they gave me… Intall was fine but they gave me solaredge which is not good. On 3rd one in 3 years and YSG refuses to pay for labor despite 25 yr warranty on labor. Doesnt honor warranty and have to get own installer each time for $700.
