Worst electrical company ever Worst electrical company ever. signed me up randomly to buy power from them and removed me from my old company. Then charged me a high price. Told me that I requested this. Would not accept my dispute for this and forced me to pay. Absolutely ridiculous. They disconnected me from the chat instead of responding to me enquiry. Repeatedly called me a liar. It makes no sense that I join fjordkraft randomly for 2 weeks starting 6 months after moving into my apartment. They wouldn't understand this was clearly a system error because apparently there system never makes errors and im a liar.... Never trust a company that does not allow you to leave a review on their Facebook page.

fraud energy provider fraud energy provider! They advised and moved my contract to fixed price, and then i got energy bills very high in October and November. i left them forever!

Terrible service Terrible service. i kept getting stipulated amount for 8 months and at the end i got an invoice for 14800at once. i was not warned about this and when i contacted them they offered to postpone the payment with interest. this was not fair and it gave me the impression that they dont care about their customers. i also tried their mobile services and that was not a good experience either.

Disheartened Fjordkraft- 5 years of trust breaking Disheartened with the support. Spent hours and hours on call and in chat waiting and when they come- it’s useless support. This months bill has broken my record in last five years of association with Fjordkraft and the bill is not explained why?its same average consumption, unusually low price in October- but still get three times the amount.
