Terrible service Terrible service. i kept getting stipulated amount for 8 months and at the end i got an invoice for 14800at once. i was not warned about this and when i contacted them they offered to postpone the payment with interest. this was not fair and it gave me the impression that they dont care about their customers. i also tried their mobile services and that was not a good experience either.

The BS King Prices go up with no warning. Change of address forgotten in system, being charged extra for their own mistake in the billing system, and an average of 20min wait on the phone. To fix their billing mistakes, I'm asked to pay the wrong amount and later will have credit. You guys believe in santa claus too? I don't believe in both, the promised kredit and mr Klaus The only thing I think about this energy company is: BURN IT, STAY AWAY

Dishonest and devious Fjordkraft weree my supplier at a huse i lived in. When I moved house I made a contract with a new supplier. Without my written or spoken consent and without telling them my new address or the meter number, Fjordkraft wrote to the new supplier and told them I had asked Fjordkraft to be the supplier. I knew nothing about this until the new supplier checked with me about Fjordkraft taking over the supply. I am still waiting for an explanation from Fjordkfraft about why they did this and how they got my details. They have been very very dishonest about this and I would not use them ever again.
