My water initially tested very hard, after installation the water definitely felt different and tested all green (softest). Best customer service ! I had ordered gaskets from RV Filter store. As it turned out, They didn't have the proper ones for my older system. Haven't had a chance to use the water… Haven't had a chance to use the water softener and filers I purchased yet, but the response and ship time was phenomenal! The quality appears to be very high and I am extremely confident I will be equally happy once I start to use it!
