Overall experience.. Overall experience has been outstanding from initial appointment, sales demo, installation and follow-ups. Since moving to the new house, my family and I were complaining how dry, itchy, and scaly our skins were. We have had to moisturize more than usual but the itchiness did not go away. Since the installation, the dry scaliness on my daughter's skin, we noticed has improved and that is without using the heavy moisturizer that we had to do prior. I am excited to use the hypo allergenic supplies provided as well for my special needs daughter. Thank you for taking the time to answer all my questions and concerns.

After installation he followed up and tested how the system works again. He also offered soaps for the family with some pretty good fragrances that would work great with the system.
