Beware read before looking into them I found a THE boat I have wanted on their site (through a local dealership) and I did the prequalification. Their site only tells you that it is in review and doesn't let you click on anything to go further. I have received several Emails from them stating that the boat I chose was still available "Jump back In and finish" well when you "Jump back In" it takes you right back to the beginning to start over. I have Emailed and called them several times over the past 5 days to try to go forward with this purchase but no one will answer the emails or phone calls. Now here is the best part I applied for this boat on 3/8/20 and today just out of curiosity I called the dealer where the boat is and they stated that they do not know who or what Boatzon is and they sold that boat 4 months ago. So just beware use your own judgement.

Poor Customer service Day 1: contacted Boatzon about a pontoon, we spoke through the computer, they said they will contact seller (Boathaus). Never heard back from them that day. Day 2: Called Boatzon twice, went to voicemail, I left a message. No reply all day Day 3: Started Boatzon site buying procedure, it held the boat for 30 min, 30 minutes past and nothing happened. Called Boatzon, left message again in customer service. No call back. Day 4: Boatzon contacted me asking if I was still interested in the pontoon, I said yes, they said they will call Boathaus and get purchase started. Boatzon called back five minutes later and told me the pontoon sold that morning. My point: Boatzon customer service lost the pontoon for me with slow and poor customer service. I would not rely on Boatzon
