GBGreat service The garage is located in a very busy area near NY-Presbyterian, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Hospital for Special Surgery. Arrived at 6:15 AM and the attendant was courteous and careful. Told him I would need it by 12 noon and when I arrived at about 12:30 PM, it was ready for pick up. What outstanding service! Another example of why I only consider Icon for parking in NYC.

GBThe lot was understaffed The lot was understaffed, so it took a long time to leave the car and even longer to retrieve the car. And the cars were parked so close at the attendant had to go in and out through the window. Not really how I like my car to be used.
