Easy Peasy Cruising Easy to get to parking lot, pay ahead, shuttles to Black Falcon. Recommend anyone cruising out of Bosto to use...was $175 for the week...fairly reasonable considering

Parking was great and staff were very… Parking was great and staff were very helpful. Only disappointed that the only choice to park for a cruise was pre-set by the cruise line for 8 days and we only needed 7, No credit adjustment available.

Fast in and out- great shuttle and… Fast in and out- great shuttle and great location- we did drive around about 3-4 laps before finally finding the lot but after that it was perfect

Avoid this lot The parking lot was easy to find and the shuttle to the dockyard was fine. On the return trip, there was not a specific line to enter to get the shuttle back. There was a sign indicating the general location but there were 50 people there and no “order” so people were arriving and just getting in front of others. No one seemed to be managing the process. We waited 25 minutes then decided to make the 20 minute walk to the lot with all of our heavy luggage. Would not recommend.

Confusing instructions for reserved parking I have reserved parking prior to a cruise on October 2. The instructions talked about using a QR code when I parked. I kept trying to print the parking pass and got nothing. i finally called the phone number on the screen and was told that I didn't need a QR code. I driving to Boston from Colorado. I have never used your service before. The instructions were confusing.
