Surprisingly smooth and easy process! I've had negative experiences at the LGA Airpark, so I was nervous heading to Newark, but my wife and I were both very pleasantly surprised by our experience. Very smooth drop off - you just park and the van pulls up behind you to pick you up. Similar on the way back. Drivers were helpful and courteous.

Need refund. Need refund.. no one ever came to pick me and my family up waited 45 minutes for nothing to come...had to leave and drive my car to the airport to avoid missing my flight..

This was the first time I have flown… This was the first time I have flown from EWR and used long term parking. Airpark is an excellent and fairly priced lot that I would 100% use again anytime I need. Dropping off my car was smooth; I scanned my reservation code at the gate, the shuttle came over to my parking spot to pick me up, and the driver was very friendly and informative, describing both drop off at airport and pick up procedures. Upon returning all I had to do was hop on the shuttle where I was told, tell the driver which row I was parked in, and he drove me straight to my car. I recommend this lot to ANYONE looking for long term parking for the airport - the drive to the airport was only maybe 5-10min max, there is no valet, and the lot is patrolled full time by police.

I had a situation with the reservation… I had a situation with the reservation when I went to check out and I am still perplexed by the way it was calculated but the attendant /driver took care of it for me and I was on my way paying what was stated on the prepaid reservation receipt . I also notice that upon return to the lot you have to call the driver for pick ups during the Covid situation it only took 5-10 for the shuttle to arrive after I figured that out. Luckily i had the number from the entrance sign when i arrived make everything easier..

Definitely use again Very close to terminal. Shuttle bus was right there to take us and pick us up both ways. Drivers were friendly and helpful. Super efficient.
