GBJames was very helpful The young man we dealt with, I think his name was James, was very professional & knowledgeable. He worked to get my dad the best deal he could for an older vehicle. I would absolutely recommend the service to others. We did try to see what the Tear apart lot would give us, they didnt even look at the vehicle.

GBJim Trumbo at the Nashville South… Jim Trumbo at the Nashville South location was very honest and helpful though the whole process. Jim did his best to give me a good value on the car. He did look up the history of the vehicle (I did not know the car was in an accident). Plus other mechanical issues. Jim's offered what I considered a very good price. I am still satisfied with the transaction.

GBJeff as a pleasure to work with Jeff, who only works at this location a couple of days a week, was a real pleasure. The manager Felix was also very pleasant on the phone. Jeff was knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient in completing the process. I thought the price was fair given that WBAC does all the work and processing. I felt I could have gotten more if I took on that responsibility but it didn't seem worth it in my case.

As in my Google review, the overall experience was superb, most especially working with Donald as he is a great overall person and he made the whole experience fast, efficient, with a great deal. In and out in 45 minutes. Can't write enough praise for Donald, go to the greensburg location and ask for him and he'll exceed your expectations.

GBCar selling made easy and fair Mr. Evans was professional, friendly, thorough and honest. I appreciated his full disclosure on all items we discussed. He took his time checking the car and we received a check in a short period of time. My car was in my deceased husband's name and mine so there was extra steps involved but everything went smoothly.
