GBMy package arrived quickly but was in tatters and was poorly packed. My package arrived quickly but was in tatters and partially torn open - courier issue. The packing of the contents was banged up too. I checked each item for any damage to the parts, they seemed OK. There wasn't enough packing to secure and cushion the contents - packer issue. There was an engine air filter that was stuffed into an undersized box. The air filter box was crushed on the ends. Between the crush on the ends and other contents in the package, some of air filter folds appeared crushed a bit - packer issue. With having to pay of handling and shipping, German Auto Parts needs to do a better job in packing boxes for shipping. I need to assess if I need replacements of the parts in this package.

GBGood customer service I had an issue receiving the order confirmation email. Called and spoke with Mark who confirmed both the order & shipment and forwarded me the emails. So nice to have a knowledgeable person to speak with. Order received within the week, well packed to prevent shipping damage.
