What made me not to give full mark are: * I haven't been informed about tolls in roads, how to pay/deal with. * brake linings weren't OK. * price was little bit high. One month SUV in USA - best price and all inclusive Hired a SUV for one month in the USA. Our booking was all inclusive, i.e. 2 drivers, fully insured, unlimited mileage. Upon arrival in LA we took the free bus to Alamo depot, scanned our documents and within a few minutes we drove out in our almost new Kia Sorrento. Was almost half the price than booking direct with Alamo. Dropped off one month later. Could not have gone smoother. Highly recommend and will use again.

No hassles at pick up We have used your services over the years. Travelling to the States, we especially appreciate that we don't get 'nickel and dimed' when we pick up the car with intimidating insurance add-ons. And, your rental offers are good value and we get what we expected or better.
