Blau Parts is top notch The product itself was excellent (Ravenol makes superb fluids for Audis), their shipping was instantaneous, and they go to fantastic lengths to make sure the bottles don't leak in transit. Each bottle has its cap taped and is then heat-sealed inside a plastic bag. I ordered some Amsoil oils at the same time. They don't so much as tighten the caps down, and sure enough one of those bottles leaked and that box arrived with a huge oil stain.

Correct part Correct part. Took a bit to ship. Shipping charges much too high. Could have shipped priority box cheaper than the charge for this plastic elbow breather vent in an envelope half the size of a letter envelope. No expedite, no priority, just snail mail at its finest...which is fine, but not $10 fine.

Excellent service Fluid kit was delivered on schedule and I had enough to complete the fluid and filter change. Everything was packaged very well, without any damage to the filter kit. Only issue I had was that one of the fluid container leaked during shipment, no big deal, all spill stayed within the packaging.

Ravenol 75W Transfer Case Toyota Tundra Fast service with excellent product. Ravenol 75W worked perfectly for my Toyota Tundra Transfer Case. My truck is running so much better. The oil bottles were a little different to open up but was pleasantly surprised that there was a funnel built into the bottle once opened.

Fast shipping, well packaged. Problem free use. I experienced fast shipping and a trouble free order. After much research I determined Ravenol oil was a good substitute for Toyota OEM oil for my 4Runner’s diff and transfer case fluid changes. The unique bottle design, once mastered, made filling the cases easy. Beware there is a bit of a learning curve to using the spouts incorporated into the bottles, but the spouts work well. I have no issues so far, and my transfer case shifts from 4L to 4H smoothly.
