Total waste of money After a phone call and a lot of promises about go forward seevice and premium service I gave it a try. Totally useless service and waste of your money, nothing came out true, no more views, no more contacts, and the recruiters NEVER contact you. Don't waste your money with them and decline very annoying any calls from Naukri.

Highly recommend this Platform Multiple attempts till i got a good opportunity. Applied on every job on the platform and received good call back and was interviewed. Last option got a call from the Premium service advisor and they had a good opportunity for me in their store. Pragya was helpful from starting till i received my offer letter. CHEATING RESUME SERVICE CHEATING RESUME SERVICE. I PURCHASED RESUME SPOTLIGHT SERVICE FROM NAUKRI.COM. AFTER PURCHASED AMITH GUPTHA AND ABHISHEK MISHRA SAID NEED TO UPDATE MY RESUME TO FIT THE ATS MORE SCORE AND BUY THAT PACKAGE TOO SO I TOOK IT. AT THAT TIME I HAVE MY OWN RESUME AND IT HAS ATS 71% AND AFTER NAUKRI.COM BUILD IT WAS GOT 60% . WHEN I ASKED TO UPDATE IT FROM DIVAYA SHE SAID NAUKRI ATS HAS SCORE.SO ALL EMPLOYEES SHOULD USE NAUKRI ATS I ASKED HER AND SHE AGREED TO UPDATE IT. IN FEW DAYS, SHIKHA CALLED ME AND INFORM ME RESUME WAS APPROVED. I ASKED HER HOW IT APPROVED? I TOLD HER ITS NOT FIT ATS AND PLEASE CHANGE IT. NAUKRI CAN NOT IMPROVE MY RESUME ANY MORE AND WILL REFUND 50% SHE ANSWERED ME. CONTACTED AMITH HE ASKED TO WAIT ALWAYS NOTHING HAPPENED YET. PAYMENT DONE ON 03/04/2024. WHY NAUKRI CHEATING TO POOR CANDIDATES, HOW MANY CANDIDATES NAUKRI DID THIS? AND WILL THEY DO?

Scammers!! Worst experience ever! I purchased resume spotlight and they kept pushing me into purchasing cv writing and i rejected it, then they sent me email asking to submit my cv on a broken link and if not working (obviously) i need to send it through an email, safe to say that i have sent more than 6 emails trying to submit my cv and they keep replying by email asking me to submit my cv! I made 3 complains already and no response and they have my PAID SERVICE on hold for not submitting cv!! Absolute scammers DONOT PURCHASE ANY THING WITH THEM
