GBInstallation was sloppy with very… Installation was sloppy with very little attention to detail Metal shavings from drilling left behind in engine bay driver side firewall / grease on driver side door arm rest / panel screw stripped that had never been removed and left on driver side floor mat. Installer stated it was like that. Instrument cluster light was out after installation, called customer service and explained the situation and the male representative was very rude and unfriendly. No solution or help from Ravelco was reached or offered.

GBOverall great experience My overall experience in getting the Ravelco system added to my car was great. Sam helped answer my question and scheduled the install. The installer also did a great job in going over and testing the system once it was installed.

GBSaved My Departed Father's Truck Had this installed on my 1996 Ford F-250. It was my departed father's truck so its very important to me. December of 2021, I came out and found someone had forced entry, pried the ignition, and the battery was dead. Crooks obviously tried to steal it and cranked the motor until the battery died. When they were unsuccessful they took the catalytic convertor. Because of Revelco, I still have my dad's truck. Best money I have ever spent.
