I ordered front and rear rotors and brake pads for my wife's car and the rotors are different sizes and before they shipped my order someone contacted me about the order regarding the sizes. Good thing they had because they were ordered wrong and we discussed the fitment and corrected the issue. Wow saved me a giant headache. I'm sorry I don't remember her name but she saved me so much time by checking my order. Everything went well and we're both pleased with your company and product. Did I mention the price was way below the dealers quote for a replacement of the brakes. Great company!!!!!

On my last order On my last order. (Last order) for me. I made a mistake & ordered brake pads off your web site— befor checking my email. You were offering a discount on my email. I saw my mistake & called your customer service to ask if I could cancel the order & reorder with the discount applied. I was assured the discount WAS applied. After I received your product, I realized that there was NO discount. So, that’s the end of me ordering anything in the future from your company. I don’t like getting lied to
