Great customer service I purchased an item that had an incorrect description due to a listing error. I had a couple hiccups at first upon trying to correct the issue over the phone, but was called back after the initial call and apologized to for the inconvenience. They offered to exchange the item with what I was anticipating although there was almost a $100 price difference. After the initial call I was unsure if I would ever shop with National Tool Warehouse again. Upon them correcting my issue I will be giving them my business moving forward. Not many companies now a days will admit fault and correct an issue, that alone earns a 5 star review.

socket set was what the Doctor ordered The discription for the socket set was excellent and they worked perfectly on task at hand. If you can make a longer set like 2 to 3 inches longer so the rachet end would be higher up i will defentaly buy them. Good quality and craftmanship thank you
