Broken promise The main reason I rate it a 3☆ is because I was assured that the part would be at my door no later than the upcoming Monday 2/12. It didn't arrive until yesterday 2/17. My vehicle has been down for 3 weeks. It's my only form of transportation. I own an Income Tax business, that I meet the clients to prepare their taxes, and it's the middle of tax season. That is huge, not able to have a vehicle during this time. I'm missing out on money. There's no way to know if people are going to wait for me or get antsy about getting their taxes done and go with someone else!

Shipping was quick and part was correct. I got my pcm quickly and it worked perfectly. My only complaint is they painted over the part number. I would definitely use them again if I need any other computers.

ECM/PCM PURCHASE I was in search for an ECM/PCM for a 2007 Ford Truck, The other vendors we purchase from were unable to obtain. I spoke with Steve at ProTech Auto. He made the process easy and informative. He had my part on the way and it arrived as explained. I appreciate the customer service I received. That goes a long way being a small business auto repair shop.
