Absolutely useless and costly as a result Absolutely useless in providing pragmatic solutions to employee problems. Pleasant people but very slow to respond and our main point of contact does not have any specialist knowledge and always has to ask someone else. All quotes provided by them regarding employee costs were very inaccurate (the actual cost being 30 - 50 % more) and they take zero responsibility for their mistakes. They've ended up costing us a fortune.
