GBStated wrong price declaration on customs form Chromeburner stated the wrong price on the customs declaration which resulted in me having to pay additional fees which was wrong, spoke to customer rep Roemer Struik who told me there is nothing they can do, quite stupid to put the wrong price on the declaration then say the customer is wrong. Avoid this company if you don't want the hassel of wrong UK import fees

GBI ordered the wrong size item I ordered the wrong size item. I e-mailed them for some information on shipping and returns. The e-mail was prompt and the resolution was great! I have bought more then a few items from them over the years and all transactions have been great. The right item, and very quick delivery to USA.
