GBLeaking transmission and broken promises Got their transmission installed and after a few thousand miles their pan gasket failed (really unbelievable). Took my H3 for repair. Street Smart agreed on repair cost. Repair finished but I repair shop wouldn't release my H3 bc Street Smart wasn't able to pay their promised cost. Their excuse was they were changing merchant payment provider. So I paid all the costs with a written and verbal agreement that Street Smart would reimburse me for their portion of the bill. Now after more than a month I haven't received their check, just more broken promises from them and their lame foot dragging excuses and delays. Adrianna Casarez is their person who recently wrote: "Please allow 2-3 weeks for payment to be processed, mailed, and delivered." That's unacceptable and frankly I doubt it. Update: They finally refunded the $$$

GBEasy. Fast. Reliable. Trustworthy. Most of the process from start to finish was very simple. Perhaps the checkout process could be simplified to rely less on the customer entering the correct amount. Shipping was fast and pickup was very easy to setup. Any transmission replacement i need is going to come from Streetsmart. The warranty added onto the transmissions is exceptional as well.
