Bad customer service, never again !!!! I have an account with Priority tire, ordered tires not available in my area so used Priority. Ordered on a Friday due one tire to replace a blow out. Called twice was told first call not shipped but in PA coming to MD on Monday. Still haven't received shipping tracking so called back today, was lied to tire coming from FL and they can't tell me when I'll receive it. I've learned buy local, I'm at the mercy of Priority now and they cannot be trusted. Terrible customer service, and lack of commitment to customers. !!!!!!!!!!!!

Very good service all around. The prices were very good for what I was looking for because good heavy duty light truck tires are expensive these days & I needed them quickly. They were here in 2 business days, so they were delivered quick, as promised. I will be ordering 2 more as soon as I save up the cash for them. Pretty darn happy customer. Thanks Priority Tire

Ordering my tires was very simple and… Ordering my tires was very simple and the website gave me everything I needed to find the correct tires that suit my needs. Ordered the tires, shipping was fast, arrived a few days later at the service provider. I was notified by the service provider promptly that my tires had arrived and set up an appointment within days. Very fast and simple process. I am happy with my experience with priority tire.
