Cheaper than having the dealership diagnose it. Easy to use Bought this to try and remove some error codes, unfortunately the code I have won't reset (airbag issue, not the diagnostic machine.) But it was cheaper to buy this than have the dealership diagnosed it. Great bit of kit Easy to use Free updates for life Can't fault it

An extremely simple purchase. Found the website to be extremely informative which gave me the confidence to purchase. Will cer return should I require a scanner for a different make of vehicle.

The unit did not work as expected The unit did not work as expected. On contact I was told it need to be updated. As I didn't have access to a computer I couldn't do an update . As it was supposed to be brand specific, JLR I would have thought it have at least shown a screen . So not impressed. It would be good if the supplier updated if this is the case before dispatch to the customer.
