This company is very easy to contact… This company is very easy to contact and deal with online. I am dealing with Dianne and Beth who have been extremely helpful I would highly recommend this company and the service and equipment they provide.

The unit did not work as expected The unit did not work as expected. On contact I was told it need to be updated. As I didn't have access to a computer I couldn't do an update . As it was supposed to be brand specific, JLR I would have thought it have at least shown a screen . So not impressed. It would be good if the supplier updated if this is the case before dispatch to the customer.

Sent a unit that didn't work Sent a unit that didn't work, Had to delete files then re-install them. That didn't fix the problem after several weeks of e-mail Tennis they just stopped communicating with me. So now im £300 odd quid out of pocket with something that isn't working, with the prospect of trying to send it back and buying the thing i need from a more reputable supplier.
