BUYERS BEWARE Ordered and received 4 Interco M16 tires. Two tires have bad belts in them. Truck shaking terribly. Immediately contacted NTW. After 3 weeks+ waiting on resolution, still unresolved. This type of business is what is fundamentally wrong with our Country. I am beyond disappointed in NTW and Interco. BUYERS BEWARE

Exceptional service Exceptional service. Placed the order on Saturday night. Got a call Monday morning from an actual person saying the factory was out of stock but was expecting to be able to ship just after memorial day.. Received the order on Wednesday. Much earlier than they thought. The point of this review is not that the order was received very quickly but rather that a person actually called on the phone to give me a status. Never have received a call from Am-------. Really like the old fashioned personal service. Great job.

I couldn’t be happier with this company… I couldn’t be happier with this company during my tire purchase process. No one had the nitto size in stock national back order blah blah. These guys had them in stock and were at my door 48 hrs from when I ordered to be fair I’m only 4 hours away from wheeling but still A1 service. Wish I would have got my wheels from them cause I’m having a terrible experience buying them from another company I won’t name here.

One of the smoothest transactions I… One of the smoothest transactions I have ever had. I was unable to find large tires 42 inch anywhere, one call for 1 inquiry on the internet and found a national tire wheel. And I had my tires within 4 days.

They wrong size tire came in and I was… They wrong size tire came in and I was told that a 20% restocking fee would be charged for the tires I send back as well as shipping cost when the tires I ordered weren’t the tires I received. This is BS and I will never spend a dime with NTW, I’d rather walk than do business with a company who wants to charge me $339 to restock a product. That’s your job as a business, not mine as a customer.
