CAThey support their customers I booked my Budget/Avis car rental with Auto Europe and they acted on my behalf at the completion of my rental to get back the money owed to me from Budget. Budget charged me 436 Euros for a tablet I didn't receive and despite all my efforts to communicate with them, they dismissed my case. Auto Europe went to bat for me and managed to convince them to return my money. They stand behind their customers and I would definitely book with them again. I will never book a car from Budget/Avis again and don't recommend them.

GBBalky data input Balky data input When entering country and state info, had to choose a new entirely different country, then go back are choose my country all over again...took me several frustrating minutes to figure it out. Also other fields that auto-filled from my browser I had to back space each field, then correct the erased character to go from blue to white.

ITI am a travel agent I am a travel agent. I spoke to a rep on Monday and asked if I could receive a TA rate. I received an email this morning from a "LIS) Sam G. (Reservation Support)' with NO price quoted. I went on your site and still no quoted price for the rental! I just called and was told the price was $500+. I asked if a TA was applied? No, I was told then she came back with a $490( I believe) as the TA fare! I just rented the same car on your site for $390 all inclusive. I have always used your company for my travel needs as well as referring my clients/friends to your company. If this incompetence continues, i may look elsewhere.
