Good service. Due to a box getting damaged in transit, the company made sure the replacement came out very quickly. Not too impressed by the results from the BlackSpot remover.

Exceptional cleaning product My touring caravan needed its first clean of season on my seasonal pitch. As I don't have water to the pitch, I diluted cleaner into a pump spray bottle and sprayed on sections, I then used long handled brush to agitate the dirt and a watering can of freshwater to rinse off. The dirt just ran off. My caravan is the cleanest it's ever been at the start of the season. Gleaming and white like new. Not bad for a 16 year old van.

Unreliable delivery The product is amazing, however the delivery was shocking. It took 9 days for it to be delivered by APC. Even after contacting APC and JennyChem who assured me due to several delays it would be delivered by the Tuesday and it wasn’t delivered until the Saturday! So really APC delivery are really unreliable!

Almost the best We have used several of JennyChem products and awaiting our next order. Everything we have used it has been very good quality and does what it says on the pack. No doubt we will use more products as time goes on. However there is one point I would like to mention and that is the length of time it is taking for the orders to be delivered. Having worked in the just in time service industry for many years the quicker the goods arrive at the customer the better. Often human nature as it is forgets to order until the product has run out, and waiting too long for deliveries will go elsewhere might not be for alot but it's a lost order.
