Thread pitch was not correct! -

Received wrong item, and no response Received wrong item, when I contact them they do not respond to my mails, and hardly answer the phone and keep saying that it is their vendor’s mistake. Real customer service can be shown when something goes wrong, not when everything is perfect.

I actually had to cancel my order. I actually had to cancel my order due to a longer back order time than I wanted, but they were very good with communication and making sure everything was in order. I’ll be ordering again when I need more parts in the future.
