Don't console me for this console! Needed the GPS/SD Card console module for a 13 Ford Escape. It arrived. Packaging could use some plastic wrap because my package was left on the porch in the rain and the part could've become damaged. Other than that, it worked perfectly and i am happy.

Sent me wrong part. Now RMA process is a nightmare. Ordered an intake manifold. Received a completely different part. They then delay RMA process despite being provided all info needed. What a terrible company and every bit of this feels intentional to steal my money. Spoke with an RMA manager Joe who refused to look at my RMA request.
