Really close to an exact fit was able to find the correct radiator for the x1 328i and recieved the unit on the day promised. the packaging was excellent. The fit was ALMOST perfect. all fittings and attachment bosses were correct .it took some material removal on some structual webbing features on the condenser side of the unit to allow securing it to the threaded frame fasteners. a bit of extra work,but the cost and condition of the unit made it worthwhile.

Customer service is not a service or customer centered The order was listed as "complete" but did not actually ship for days. I called and emailed to cancel and i would be buying the parts elsewhere as i could not wait. They said they would cancel the order but never did. It shipped, i told them i was refusing it in an email. They have not responded. I'm very disappointed.
