Excellent from start to finish Bike was delivered to my house in a covered semi trailer price was excellent. I will not transport a bike with anyone except HAULBIKES

Would not use again The request for my bike to be shipped from Ohio to Texas was placed on Feb 16. The bike wasn't picked up until March 1 and didn't get delivered until April 24. There was very little communication from Haulbikes the entire time they had my bike. I had to call multiple times to request an update. On top of that they had the bike so long the battery was dead when it arrived and I had to have it replaced. The bike did arrive in perfect condition with no issues though.

Seamless cross country The process was extremely seamless and well in todays day in age the price point was perfect especially for a cross country (PA to WA) shipment. The delivery driver was also very easy to work with in regards to delivering the motorcycle and he was very friendly.

Great if you have patience and time to wait Quality of delivery was great (enclosed trailer, bikes kept safe and clean, professional drivers/delivery guys) - 5 stars for this. Office staff and communication-professional though sometimes delayed. 4.5 stars. Delivery process - Pickup date took forever to schedule and it was moved several times. I was estimated a total delivery process within a month but it took month and a half. 3 stars Total - 4 stars
