Honored Their warranty I previously wrote a 1 star review over a bad engine I received, I was having issues with customer service at the time and I now believe we was just having a misunderstanding on the issues.. Alan reached out to me over my concerns and after I sent several pictures and videos of the issues I was having, He has agreed to give me a full refund or a free replacement, I didn't have time to wait on another engine so I decided for a full refund.. although I received a bad engine which can happen, these are used engines, they seem to be standing by the warranty, the only thing i would caution is make sure you read the contract before you sign, they can't guarantee milage on the engine regardless of what the sales rep tells you.. the engine I received had more miles then what I was told, and make sure you look the engine over before you sign and take pictures of anything that may concern you. If you have issues just ask for Alan Gessler.

Fraudulent and misleading contracts/warranty buyer beware We ordered an engine paid the funds signed a contract/warranty which indicated under 38,000 miles and tested promised this both in writting and verbal...shipping company contacted our machanic which we left on the file for shipping address and contact, machanic contacted us to let us know a shipping company contacted him which did not make sense bc we only ordered 1 day ago and was not due to be shipped for 3-5 days in turn we contacted shipping company only to find out that used engines was indeed purchasing our paid engine from them...and it actually had 124,000 km on it and it was not tested so basically the contract we signed and the specs promised was completely false and fraudulent. We did thank God recive our money back but unsure if it was because the transaction was still pending from my bank and not completed in the first place. So stay away if you want accurate miliage testing and full disclosure.
