Mopar GIANT....not Multiple communications from the company requiring multiple emails and phone calls by me only to have them finally state that the part is no longer available. It's a tail gate for a 2021 Ram truck. What the heck?

I was surprised to even find the part I needed I was surprised to even find the part I needed, but they came with a recommendation from a very good friend, and the part came in perfect condition, exactly as expected, no complaints.

Shipping experience dreadful. There was nothing wrong with the item I purchased,but the transaction was very disappointing. The item was expensive, then the shipping was almost as expensive as the item. There was no choice as to who was providing the shipping. That particular Shipper charges a huge amount to do collect taxes at the border, almost as much as the shipping costs. And this is not disclosed to the customer until after the item is delivered, a few weeks later. I have had better experience with a different shipper.
