Be warned Placed two orders one day apart. 1st order was shipped incomplete and apparently one item was “at another warehouse” and would be shipped separately. Still no shipping info on missing item. 2nd order. I placed this order the next day, I get a call saying they were sorry and that this item was actually at another warehouse and would get shipped from there. No shipping update or info. I’m ok with the first order being shipped out separately or if that item gets canceled so be it. But the second order just needs to be cancelled and I have been calling and texting with no resolution. ‼️ warning ‼️ I suggest call and get confirmation that the items are in stock at the same “warehouse” and that they will get shipped out together. All this so I could save $20. Should’ve gone with crutchfield or even a local supplier.

Bigg Jeff's customer service TOP NOTCH! Ordering was quick and easy, however bigg Jeff's customer service is THE BEST IN THE GAME Hands down! I had major issues with shipping due to fed x dropping the ball and forging my signature upon delivery when I wasn't even home. Not to worry though,bigg Jeff's staff took care of the issue and it will never happen again. Thanks again bigg jeff and staff!!!

I ordered from big Jeff the first order… I ordered from big Jeff the first order never showed up the second order they didn't send me everything I ordered and sent back. The third order from my original order they made me pay for shipping and didn't even get half my order. I ordered two amps 10 foot of power wire and 20 foot of speaker wire. I literally only got one amp and they said everything was delivered. This place has messed my order up twice and I've been waiting on stuff for two months.
