I ordered from big Jeff the first order… I ordered from big Jeff the first order never showed up the second order they didn't send me everything I ordered and sent back. The third order from my original order they made me pay for shipping and didn't even get half my order. I ordered two amps 10 foot of power wire and 20 foot of speaker wire. I literally only got one amp and they said everything was delivered. This place has messed my order up twice and I've been waiting on stuff for two months.

The people at Big Jeff are easy and… The people at Big Jeff are easy and friendly to help you out with getting what you need.I ordered a DS18 GFX-5K2 amplifier but it had problems so i called them and they replaced it,I now have a DeafBonce AAB-4900.1D I have it wired for a 4ohm impedance, it's nice and powerful pushing two 10" subwoofers.

The transaction was easy The transaction was easy. Good communications. I would have rathered used FEDEX for shipping but UPS delivered it at the end of the day on a Friday. Was going to make my purchase thru alfardaudio but alot of problems occurred in the transaction. Will be doing business with big Jeff again
