GBI brought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee 28 days… I brought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee 28 days ago. I noticed some things that needed to be fixed the very same day but they had closed for the day. The very next day it was like they were done with me! They referred me to Silver Rock for any issues. The places that Silver Rock is contracted with has waiting times to be seen and they also wanted to keep my car for 3 or 4 days which puts me back where I started with no transportation! Now the issues are all on my dime on top of a High Car payment. It's been very stressful so far!
