Reading that I had to disconnect the battery and then wait at least 30 minutes before replacing the computer was an important step that I'm glad I didn't overlook. Swap out was easy and now my truck runs better than it ever did.

There was a confusing follow up email about not checking out but the site showed my transaction had completed. I did expect a tracking number in email but just as I was starting to worry the package arrived.

Waited until my Ranger was running to… Waited until my Ranger was running to give answers to survey. PCM that was odrdered did not work so emailed and was told to return and it would be replaced or reconditioned. Received back in about a week and it is working ok.

This business is a joke This business is a joke, thay don't respect customer and as son as they get your money they give you run around. Lies and not acknowledgment of your business, when you call they either lie or hang up on you and try not to refund your money, not trustable with quality of work or any thing else.
