Months since purchased When was this. Really hate Corporations wanting customers to rate them. Been months ago since I made a purchase. This why I gave it a lowest rating possible.

Horrible customer service Hyundaipartsdeal shipped the wrong part then refused to put me in touch with their returns department. When I wrote them several times via email, they agreed to accept the part back only if I would accept a restocking fee. I shipped it back and they received in 30 days ago. I still have not received a refund. This company is terribly run and does not care about the customer. STAY AWAY.

Sent wrong part and won't let take it back Sent wrong dust cover/ back plate for my Elantra and then wouldn't accept a return on part since I opened the plastic package to see part to confirm it was wrong part. The reply said no refund since plastic bag had been opened and part had been installed. Again wrong part and there is no way the part would ever fit the hub assembly.
