I have a truck sitting in my driveway with a broken left axle that I am unable to use because you did not meet your commitment of bringing the part to me on time

GBI ordered a high pressure power… I ordered a high pressure power steering hose on 10/23/23 through Amazon. A few hours later I received notice that the product was "shipped" and my card was charged for the item. Since USAutopartsCar is in Charlotte, NC, about 4 hours from me, I thought, great! I'll have the part by Wednesday 10/25. NOPE!!! Product sat "somewhere" for 4 days before it was scanned as being received by carrier facility who knows where because the tracking, as is normal, didn't have the location. Package was scanned 4 more times in the next 3 days and now shows that package was delayed. Well, no s--t Sherlock!!!

GBNever received the item I ordered due… Never received the item I ordered due to UPS/FedEx policy of dropping office packages by the mailbox in the lobby or wrong apt. The only way companies like UPS/FedEx could in prove is companies like your's stop doing business with them. They hire irresponsible workers who don't care. Thank you for taking responsibility and refunding my money. I will do business with you again if you have a better carrier.
