GB2nd Time Customer, Not Returning - Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service I've ordered two HID kits for two different vehicles. First kit works great on my Audi. The second kit for my 2016 F-150 has been a bit of a disaster. First, they sent the kit without the relay harness even though I had ordered one... Called about it.. no biggie, they sent it out promptly. I get everything installed properly by a professional.. groundings are good, connections good, but sometimes the lights burst in brightness then quickly revert to normal brightness. I called customer service and the guy who answered was probably the most unprofessional and rude customer service agent I have ever encountered... and for no reason. I was nothing but polite. He even told me I didn't have a relay harness, when I absolutely do, and I absolutely sent in a photo of it to them. Did he apologize? No. When I asked him what his name was, he hung up on me. This is atrocious customer service. If it were my business I'd fire this person promptly, and judging from other reviews I'm not the only customer who's been affected.

GBFast & Helpful User friendly website. It's hard to find parts for my bus and get confirmation that it will fit. But I had no problem with Headlight Experts. I did have a follow up question after receiving the lights and the response time was amazingly fast and helpful.

GBWow I wish I read up on them first BUYER BEWARE Wow. I wish I read up on them first. The disrespect and dishonesty from this company was unlike anything I have ever encountered buying something online. Please heed this warning: April 16th I placed a $323 order from Headlight Experts after visiting their website and believing them to be creditable. That was on Tuesday. The next day I got a tracking number and was told my package should arrive on Sunday so all seemed well. Tuesday comes back around, no package or update in the tracking number, so I send an email. The first answer I was told was that they had a delay, but the tracking should update "very very soon." Thursday comes around (10 days later) and of course nothings changed, so I ask for a refund. This time I'm told "the package has left the facility and the tracking should update any minute." It's back to Tuesday again (14 days later) and nothing has happened. It was not until I left this initial review that they immediately refunded my money and asked me to take the review down. MEANING the package that "shipped" 4 days ago still hasnt. BUYER BEWARE

GBgreat products great products. great assistance. For my 2015 F150, I purchased some fantastic bulbs, and they performed flawlessly. Perfect match. Outstanding output and beam pattern. After a year or so, one of the bulbs died. I called to inquire about the warranty and got a replacement right away. Overall, yet another wonderful encounter with the HE team.
