Best Service from New York from Washington, DC I've been taking trips to New York City on Vamoose bus for over five years. The staff is very dependable, the drivers outstanding, and the WiFi access is great, too! I love how you can earn free tickets! And occasionally I splurge and take the Gold Bus for a couple of dollars more! I live within walking distance of a Greyhound Bus Station that goes to NY City, but I will travel the extra 3 miles just to ride the Vamoose clean and professional bus. Love Vamoose!

Convenient. Clean. Affordable. Dependable. Safe. Great service! Courteous and friendly staff, reliable and safe drivers, clean and comfortable environment and lastly, convenient locations ... all for a great price! I've been using Vamoose for a few years now and I prefer them over the hassle of planes and trains any day! I can't recall any problems except only once do I remember a particularly crowded ride but nothing terrible.

I rely on Vamoose Since the birth of my first grandchild in 1998, I have travelled to NYC from Bethesda about every other month. First, till "9/11" I went by air shuttle. Then Amtrak, but the Red Line Metro to Union Station was so unreliable and hence anxiety provoking ! My salvation arrived in the form of Vamoose, great for me since I live just over a mile away in Bethesda from the Waverley "station." Convenient, reliable, even safer lately with seat belts and almost luxurious if I can get a Gold bus ( please run more of Golds on weekend!). My only wish for improvement would be in return from 30 th and Seventh, provide temporary umbrellas or canopy for lineup when await boarding bus!

I travel to and from NY/Arlington a… I travel to and from NY/Arlington a great deal, to see my daughter and baby grandchildren. Tonight I really screwed up setting up a series of reservations for the summer. I couldn't figure out how to undo what I had done, so I called, and Arlene answered. She did it all. Made my reservations for me, let me use some of my points to pay for my trips, and sent immediate cancellation notices and reservation notifications via email. They were there even before I got off the phone. Thank you, Arlene. And thank you, Vamoose. You are one of the easiest, most customer friendly transportation service I know.

Our first Vamoose ride was better than could be imagined- fantastic. The bus was clean, the decor updated. The Vamoose staff were very helpful and the whole process was easier and more pleasant than we imagined. The bus was on time and the trip relatively quick. Other passengers were polite, friendly and quiet. We will definitely ride Vamoose again. Thank you ever so much.
