Fast Service, Great Customer Support! Ordered the BL-3500 Quickjack for our electric car repairs. Item arrived with some minor shipping damage and the quick connect fittings leaked a bit. First he helped me with the selection process, than kept me updated all the way through the shipping process. Then when the unthinkable happened,(the power supply got separated from the rest of the unit) he had the replacement power supply overnighted to me in Pennsylvania from California.How many companies would do that. Bendpak HD-9 Great product and great service. I purchased a Bendpak HD-9 from Scott at Bigboysgaragetoys.com. It had some minor damage and Scott got right on it, he contacted Jason at Bendpak and they took care of immediately. The HD-9 is a well designed product, everything fits and works as it should.
