Prepare to be highly satisfied! Both my BMW vehicles (2017 640i/ F06 and 2013 Z4 35is/ E89) were in need of map database updates. After some quick research, I came across 'Bimmer America' ... and we were 'off to the races.' Their business website was super easy to understand and use ... their communication process in support of your purchase(s) is immediate and thorough ... and the end result of their product(s) and support -- a BMW with an up-to-date map/ navigation database -- is a very happy and highly satisfied customer! 10/10 BMW Navigation Update! The Navigation update for my BMW was massive (24GB to download) but they sent great instructions and everything worked out perfectly. 10/10 experience. Going from the 2014 navigation version to 2023 is a huge upgrade :D Use Firefox for large downloads. I struggled downloading that large of a file with several other browsers.

Quick and easy Received an email in just under an hour after ordering with easy to follow instructions and all the tools required to update my 2014 Mini Cooper S maps. The maps were the original ones from 2014 so the update to the 2022 maps was a significant one. I followed the instructions provided by Tyler and took the car for a drive. The update took about 45 minutes for my car and now my GPS doesn't show me offroading on newer roads. I'm not really picky about having the latest and greatest, but will definitely upgrade again in a few years through Bimmer America.
