Fast response and on time delivery I have never used Hotshot before and once I filled out the online quote request it was only a matter of minutes until my phone was ringing. Once I had all the information to them then it was only about a one hour wait for the driver to pick up my package and get on the road. Delivery was made within the estimated time. No complaints or issues.

Great, Fast Service and willing to adapt for customer needs! I was need of hotshot pick in the Houston area and the materials picked up with an hour and half of my call. Chris Noe handled all my needed and best he could and did it in a friendly, professional manner. Even after the materials were in route I had to change the delivery address and that wasn't a problem at all. I feel that the rate was more than fair and I would use them again with no hesitations. Averitt Terminal to The Woodlands Fast service was delayed because truck that showed up did not have "AirFreight" documentation. From time of order to delivery was about 4 hours. Delivery truck had a lift gate, which was unexpected benefit; although we had a fork lift on site. Be sure the trucker has proper documentation. Dave@Texas

Professional, Courteous, and gets the job done. We needed an immediate pick up at 4 pm for delivery next morning. Called 10 companies with no luck. When we got Eric on the line, he got right on it, made all the arrangements and freight was waiting at destination when my contractor arrived at the job next morning. Really saved my bacon!
