Cool folks-Clean shop They did the work (strut, ball joint replacement, intake manifold on my BMW) well-amazingly-under budget! This was my 1st experience of Desi Auto care & I cant recommend them highly enough. Sean & Drew have a real passion for the BMW's they takes time to explain needed repairs & truly go extra mile. I hope I don't need future repairs, but this will be my repair shop forever.

Well done guys! 1st time Desi Auto Care cleaned my engine bay and fixed up one important vacuum hoses with small charge. This time I needed a rather tricky and uncommon repair, I estimated it will be costly repair. Sam gives me straight forward estimate and good price ( hint; I saved more than 1300). I ask if he have an opening,he said yes bcoz he has one cancellation. Keeping it short, I bought the car over to shop on wed morning. The lead mechanic completed the job on time. The moment I left the shop and hit the gas; the car accelerated like it took a trip with a time machine. I realize they did more than the original repair that I paid for.

Steering Pump My awesome realtor recommends me here. Ridiculous high quote email received from local Mercedes dealer for steering pump replacement and I searched for 2nd opinion. Desi Auto Care was much, much lower in prices. They resolved the steering issue completely and didn't try to upsell me un-needed repairs. Staff was very approachable to deal with and my Benz 250SLK was ready on promised time, but they stayed open for me when I came 40 minutes late after closing to pick it up. While I'm hoping it's awhile before Mercedes problems pop up, I will sure be back if they do!!

Integrity When my 2012 Land Rover L4 HSE developed and engine leak that cost a crazy amount of money to repair. Sean (our go-to guy at Desi Auto Care) helped me understand the issue and decide whether or not to make the needed repairs (I didn't). I was never been pressured and it has become obvious that his business approach is to develop long term customer relationships rather than turn a short term profit. He has earned my trust and respect. This shop is run with integrity as well as Land Rover expertise.

Original parts and great job I feel better having my Infiniti repaired here. I know I get quality original parts. I know the diagnostic is perfect to identify issues. On highway 60 MPH I was having a brake pulsation with some steering wheel vibration. Sometimes I do not like the outcome because there is a surprise repair- but one my Infiniti can’t drive without. So, it is repaired before the car is destroyed. But then the (and it it’s surprise) there’s something Chris have done without telling me, even if it’s as simple as replacing my small headlamps. There are few places like Desi Auto Care: expertise, quality, honest and a quirky smart technician to make you grit your teeth and ‘get it’ done right.
