Very helpful and knowledgeable Right from the start of my transaction Sobas A. Was kind and courteous. I received my ECM and it was faulty. I called FS1 and spoke with Sobas A and she assured me that the issue would be taken care of. She sent me a return RMA and promptly got my part replaced with another unit which worked perfectly. Awesome company.

The plug and play ECU is a perfect solution for the working man. Everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. A special shout out to Marci. This purchase will save me an enourmous amount of money as compared to having a dealer diagnose, program and install my ECU.

More like Mary A+ :) I ordered an engine control module for a Nissan Maxima because FS1 has the best price by far, and they could program the ECM so it would be plug and play. The part was programmed within a few days but the testing took longer than expected due to issues with their testing department. That resulted in the part taking two full weeks to ship which wasn't ideal, but Mary A stayed in contact with me the entire time and provided updates literally every 48 hours. Normally, I would have gotten frustrated, but it was hard to do that because Mary A was so great. I haven't installed the part to know if it works yet, but I have to commend the service Mary provided. She was great. Thanks Mary and FS1!
